Travis and Todd
Our dear friends Todd and Amy Garrett. They moved just east of Charlotte, NC back in April. We haven't gotten to see them since they moved so we were so excited when they meet us at the zoo.
This past Saturday we had so much fun. Trav had the day off so we took off to the zoo, meet dear friends of ours who had moved and to the BBQ festival. As you can see from the pictures above we had a great time at the zoo. It was a little wet, okay we got drenched but we still had a great time. One problem, my camera died (I think it really died not just the batteries) about half way through the zoo. So the pictures you see are all I got. After logging 5 miles of animals and beautiful fall colors we headed to Lexington, NC for the state BBQ festival. We had some great BBQ, heard some great music and saw lots of interesting people. (LOL)
