Oh my it is REALLY HOT here. Too hot to go outside or stay for to long. Yesterday our temp was 101 and the heat index was over 105. I love sunshine and warm temps but when you walk outside in your garage with the doors shuts and you start to sweat.....it is hot. (Or as a friend of mine says, when you wake up at 6:30 in the morning and the first thing you hear is your air conditioner running, it is going to be a hot day.) So to combat the heat and have fun the girl built a fort. They were super excited! They thought that being inside a fort was the coolest thing. Who knew the 4 chairs and a few blankets could make them so happy. We left their fort up so they could play today and since it has made them so happy I told them we would leave it up until we needed the chairs.
