We knew the shower downstairs was leaking but we really didn't know how bad it was. 
The sheet rock was cracked and the wood was rotted. 
Oh boy the fun ahead of us. 
Oh and we had to dig up our septic tank last week and have it pumped. And we had to leave it open (not for Halloween) but to have a riser lid made for it.
