Being born and raised in Knoxville, we were super excited when God showed us that He had a plan for us back in our home city. This meant family time, holidays together, weekends full of fun and not having to rush back. But what we didn't remember or realize was how paced being back in Knoxville would be. For the past 2 years we had been living the simple life. A quite life. Since Potecasi is in rural NC the pace of life in general is just much slower. It seems people take time to enjoy the small things in life a little more. I often miss this part of living in rural NC. The slow pace of life there is something to be appreciated. A much simpler life.
