Cake # 3
Last night I had my final cake class for course #1. Our lesson last night was on the rose. It is rather hard and time consuming (it takes 17 steps to make one) but they are fun to make.
I have enjoyed getting to learn about making buttercream icing, cakes and then decorating. I am hoping to take course #2 in November.
