This is the set up we saw. All those concrete
bricks were broke on the first try.
Izzy and her Daddy
This was the only way I could get Olivia's pic.......
The "Fire Chief" breaking wood.
Remember those old heat water bottles your grandmother
use to have....well they blow them up like balloons
until they pop. It really got big and made the
quietest popping sound.
The "Fire Chief" told about
the Louisville Slugger bats
they were going to break
last night.
Izzy got picked to be picked up on a steel rod. They did this to show
that the rod was real and wouldn't bend easily. Notice the look of
surprise on her face when she realized she had to hold on while he
lifted them up and spun them around. The look was priceless so glad
I caught it.
upper body strength so she did wonderful.
Her grin after her swing.
The "Fire Chief" as two football players from the local
college to pull on a #7 horse shoe to see if they could
straighten it. They really pulled hard but they couldn't do
it. However, the "Fire Chief" straighten out like it was
a straw. It was really awesome.
This is "Big Will". He is a retired NFL player for the Cleveland
Browns. He snapped 3 of the Louisville Slugger bats like they
were nothing. However, he did get injured when one of the bats
splintered and lodged in his arm. He ended up with 3 staples in
his bicep last night. (but he was still able to do 2 school assemblies
today to share his story)
Can you tear a phone book in half?
The "Fire Chief" can!
Or bend a one inch steal rod around twice with just your hands??
Andy Gavin can.
Which also spray all over the crowd. Notice the
spray in the second pic. It was so cool!
Andy Gavin is one of a few men
in the world who can tear a deck
of plastic coated playing card in
half. That was amazing.
I have to say that the Strength Team is well worth going to see if they come close you. They take their programs to schools, churches and other functions where they can get the word out about Jesus and what his strength can do in your life. Last night 20+ people came to know the Lord and his strength and what He can do in their life. Now that is AWESOME!!
