Wonder Works

If you have never been to Wonder Works, GO! It was a blast! Do allow a whole day or most of a day to do everything. Both of our girls were at a good age to enjoy most everything and the things they couldn't do were things they wouldn't do anyway. We hadn't seen my brother, sister-in-law and kiddos in a week or so because everybody had been sick. However, the weekend wasn't ideal for playing at the park or doing anything outside so my Mom suggested me head to Wonder Works for a family day. So my Mom, Dad, brother, sister-in-law, niece, nephew, Travis, Isabella, Olivia and myself all the morning there then headed to Gatti's for pizza. It was so much fun. We now have a standing "family play date" one a quarter, doing something fun and different like this.

This is what we saw when we first walked in.
Love it!

Izzy and Grand showing their strength.

Emma Grace snowboarding. (with a little help from Grand)

Isabella and Jensen (my brother) taking on the Rock Wall

And then we all had a huge laugh. Jensen and my Dad rode the 360
bike. Oh my goodness, you pedal and pedal and around and around
you go. My dad was heehawing which got my brother laughing and
he pedaled faster. My brother told my Dad don't you throw up on me.
We all had a good laugh watching and listening to them laugh.

Olivia and I tried to stay away from the sharks and only
get stars and fish. However, it looks like we are doing some
crazy dance. But it was fun.

Jensen,Travis and my Dad did the Spacewalk Challenge. You end up
3 stories above the floor. They said it was challenging but fun.

The Apollo 11 space capsule.

I had to put this one in, one because it proves my Mom
was there (since she hates pictures) and two because
everybody goofy. It was actually dark and then a strobe
light flashed and it showed your shadow pose on the wall.
Really cool.

Olivia and Emma Grace playing stomp the asteroids.
Would love to have this at home.

And everybody loved the
bubbles.

Had to put one of Kallon in as well.
He is so sweet!!!! I could eat him
up.

Then there was the mind game. Isabella and
Travis went first. You put on these headbands
and try to clear your mind. The first person to get
the ball all the way to the other persons side wins.
Isabella and Travis went back and forth but she
did prevail. Then my Dad and Jensen went. Jensen
took Dad down no problem. Then my Mom and I went.
I didn't more then strap on the headband before I had the
ball on my Mom's side. (my brothers next question was:
"Whit is your brain empty?") Just lots of space up there I
suppose.
